Paul is an Architect & Town Planning Consultant with 27 years of experience in residential and commercial design since receiving his degree in Architecture in 1988. Upon graduation he joined Delaney McVeigh & Pike Architects for a 12 month period before joining Fitzgerald Reddy Architects in Dublin.
He became a member of the RIAI in 1990 and became an associate of that Practice in 1994. In 1996 he joined Anthony Reddy Architect where he became a Director. He undertook to do his Masters degree in Rural and Urban Planning between 1998 & 2000, where he completed a thesis on sustainable housing.
Lisa is an Architect with 20 years experience since her graduation from the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa in 1995. From 1995 to 2001 Lisa worked in Johannesburg on large scale office developments, including completion of Exchange Square, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, head office to ABN Amro Bank and the head office of Deutsche Bank, Johannesburg
In 2001 Lisa she joined Anthony Reddy & Associates. She worked on PPP Schools projects, she designed a mixed use development offices and apartments on James Joyce Street, and masterplan design for the Heuston Quarter, Kilmainham. In 2002, Lisa became a member of Riai and Lisa joined McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects.She worked on numerous housing schemes in Kill, Ballintyre Hall , Dublin and Fosterstown, Swords; 6 smaller retail units, medical centre, gym and creche. In 2005 Lisa was made an Associate.
Nigel qualified from D.I.T. Bolton Street with Diploma in Architectural Technology in 2001.
He began working with MH Associates in 2001 as an Architectural Technologist and worked on numerous Domestic, Commercial and Industrial projects in the North West.
He was employed by Commercial Energy Ratings in September 2013 as a BER Assessor for Non-Domestic & Domestic. He joined DDA in July 2015 as an Architectural Technologist and has work on large scale residential projects in Adamstown and Newbridge. In January 2018 Nigel was made an Associate of the company and in May 2019 qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technologist through a professional assessment by the CIAT.
Alan received his Ba in Architecture from the University of Greenwich in 1996 and worked for a series of practices across London and Sheffield on a wide variety of project types until returning to Ireland in 2001.
He joined Fitzgerald & Associates where he worked on large residential developments in Carrickmines, Stepaside and Dunshaughlin as well as commercial projects in Dublin City Centre. He was promoted to Associate in 2007. He recently completed a Higher Diploma in Science in Web Technologies. Alan joined DDA Architects in September 2015.
Rainier is an Architectural Technician with 22 years working experience since his graduation in 1993 from the University of the Assumption, Philippines. From 1994 to 2000 Rainier worked at different companies in the Philippines as an Architectural Technician. His projects includes, Hotels, Schools, Residential and Industrial buildings.
In 2000 to 2003 Rainier worked at Takenaka Corporation in KL,Malaysia, on a 35 Storey twin tower hotel consisting of a 5 Star Hilton Hotel and the 4 Star Le Meridien. In 2004 to 2006 Rainier worked as a Cad Manager at Japanese Architects Office. In 2006 to 2010 Rainier worked at McC ORM Architects. He gained experience on medium range and large scale residential and commercial projects such as Dun Laoghaire Golf Club and Wyckham Point.
In 2011 to 2012 Rainier worked at MCA Architects, here he worked mainly on the extension of Mater Private Hospital. Rainier was involved in the production of drawings through all project stages. In 2014 Rainier joined DDA Architects, he has various projects, from residential, Hotel, and a city centre mixed use project.
Bernard studied at the Cork Centre for Architectural Education, a joint UCC & CIT course. Graduating from the degree programme in 2012 (BSc Architecture) and the Masters Programme (M. Architecture) in 2015. He joined Deady Gahan Architects in 2016 where he worked on a number of large scale residential projects in Cork.
Bernard joined DDA Architects in April 2018 and is currently pursuing Professional Diploma in Architecture.
Designer with over 18 years experience in graphic design, preparing presentations and an in depth knowledge and practice in architectural visualisation. A diploma in architecture, experience in media design and marketing firms, and six years of lecturing on technical drawing and graphic design at the Leibniz University of Hannover support this.
Rudi worked for eight years in a mid-sized architecture company in Germany, before he joined the DDA team.
With more than 24 years of working experience since graduating as Architect from Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile, in 1994, has worked since in the Private and Public sectors, both in Chile and in Ireland.
Between 1994 and 2000, he worked as Senior Lecturer for a Technical Institute, as Director to the Technical Assistance Service of the Valparaíso Branch of the Chilean Institute of Architects and privately in various residential projects. From 2000 to 2009 Santiago worked in Ireland in a number of Architectural Practices in Dublin and Sligo, including DDA Architects, in small, medium and large scale Residential (such as Adamstown), Commercial and Conservation Projects, as well as Assistant Architect at the Architects Department of the Sligo Borough Council. Santiago achieved accreditation in Conservation at grade III in 2005 from the RIAI.
Back in Chile from 2009 until 2019, worked in the Public Sector as Senior Planner and as Director of the new Development Plan Studies in four local authorities of the Valparaíso Region and also in his own private Practice in several Residential Projects, as well as a private Consultant for Urbanism, Planning, Architectural and Building Regulations issues for Mining Companies and Property Developers. He recently rejoined DDA Architects in June 2019.
